San Diego County loan limits
The Department of Veterans Affairs announced the new higher loan limit for 2011. The new loan amount for San Diego County will be $537,500 (A $100,000) increase from the 2010 limit of $437,000) These limits apply to all loans closed January 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011. This is fantastic news for Veterans and active military wishing to purchase Real Estate in 2011. (San Diego County FHA conforming high balance max loan limit is $697,500.)
